BODY RECOMPOSITION · NORTH BUCHAREST

Body recomposition: build muscle, lose fat.

Most women who say they want to lose weight actually want recomposition: less fat, more muscle, a body that looks and feels different — even if the number on the scale barely moves. Here is how that is trained, honestly.

Why the scale is the wrong scoreboard

If you gain muscle while losing fat, your weight can stay flat while your shape, strength and clothes change completely. That is why we track training progress, measurements, photos and how you feel — not only kilograms.

What recomposition actually takes

There is no trick here and no shortcut worth selling you. It takes a small number of things done consistently for months.

  • Progressive strength training — the signal that tells your body to keep muscle
  • Enough protein and enough sleep to recover from that training
  • A moderate, liveable energy deficit rather than a crash diet
  • Conditioning in a dose that supports recovery instead of wrecking it
  • Months of consistency — the single biggest factor

How I coach it

I build and progress your training plan, coach technique in person, and keep you accountable through check-ins and — in the six-month packages — written questions between sessions. I am a trainer, not a doctor or clinical dietitian: I give practical training and habit guidance, and I will tell you when something belongs with a medical professional.

How long does it take?

Expect the first noticeable strength changes within weeks, and visible changes in composition over a few months of consistent work. Results depend on your starting point, consistency, sleep, nutrition and life — nobody can honestly guarantee them.

FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

Can I build muscle and lose fat at the same time?+

Yes, especially if you are new to structured strength training or returning after a break. It is slower than doing one at a time, but it is the change most women actually want.

Do you write meal plans?+

No. I give practical guidance on protein, meal structure and habits that support training. Clinical nutrition or medical questions belong with a qualified professional.

Do I need to do lots of cardio to lose fat?+

No. Cardio is a useful tool, not the main lever. Strength training, protein and consistency do most of the work; conditioning is dosed to support them.
